1. What areas do you cover?

Our office is based in WC1N, but we cover all areas of London and the surrounding counties.

2. What are your office hours?

Our office is open:

9:30am to 5:00pm - Monday to Friday

3. How do I go about getting a quotation for my work?

You can either email us on info@cmbuildingsolutions.co.uk or give us a call on 07908 070 724. We are always pleased to help and happy provide you with cost estimates.

4. How much do I pay for an estimate?

We provide you with an estimate free of charge!

5. What information do I need to provide to get an estimate?

Useful information to help us give you a quick and accurate estimate, such as working drawings and any contract particulars you may have. This will enable us to prepare an initial price. For more accurate estimates, we will organise a meeting with you on site to see the property and assess the work involved from there.

6. What do I do when I have architect drawings?

You can forward any architectural drawings to us and we will let you know an initial estimate. We will then organise a site visit to run through the work involved. We can also provide the breakdown of the work involved and a schedule of works (created in colaboration with the client). We will be in constant communication with you to ensure that we deliver exactly what you want.

7. Can you help me if I do not have architectural drawings?

We are a building company that works with a number of architects, we can direct you to someone who will provide you with quality plans to fit your budget.

8. What if I am not happy with the finished job?

We take great pride in all our work and have build a successful reputation over the years. Due to the quality of workmanship we offer building guarantees. Of course there will always be snagging works which will be mutually agreed prior to the final completion, we allow plenty of time for snagging and will always make sure that the finished job is to your satisfaction.
